Return Policies
- All cash sales must be returned before 90 days before the invoice date.
- The manufacturer sets restock fees. Typically, a percent of the original price plus freight charges back to the manufacturer.
- There is no timeline percentage loss based on the timeline of purchase. It's a flat rate percentage.
- Any special order items deemed nonreturnable to the manufacturer are nonreturnable to any Adel Wholesalers, Inc. branch.
- No returns on installed products.
- Due to potential defects, there are no returns on items that require communication to tech support from the manufacturer before returning to any Adel Wholesalers, Inc. branch.
